Block or report

Community should feel safe and welcoming. If another trader is bothering you or breaking the rules, you can block them or report their profile. This article shows you how.

⚠️ Note: Community is currently in BETA. We take reports seriously and review them.

Block a trader

Blocking stops a trader from interacting with you.

  1. Open the trader's profile drawer.
  2. Choose Block.
  3. Confirm.

Once blocked, they can no longer interact with you. You can unblock later if you change your mind.

Report a profile

Reporting flags a profile for our team to review — use it for abuse, spam, harassment, or anything that breaks the rules.

  1. Open the trader's profile drawer.
  2. Choose Report.
  3. Tell us what's wrong, then submit.

💡 Tip: Blocking and reporting are independent. If someone is abusive, it's fine to both block them (to stop the contact right away) and report them (so our team can act).
