A quick tour of the app
Once you're signed in, Tradestacker has a simple, consistent layout: a navigation sidebar on the left, your content in the middle, and a topbar across the top. Here's what each part does.
The left sidebar
The sidebar is how you move between views. From top to bottom it includes:
- Home — where the app lands on load: market news, the community counter, and an economic calendar.
- Dashboard — your analytics: equity curve, P&L calendar, and core metrics.
- Notebook — your journal entries.
- Trade Log — every trade you've logged or imported.
- Strategies — your strategy / setup library.
- News — a full-page market view (economic calendar).
- Accounts — your trading accounts.
- Propfirm — your prop-firm and funded accounts (BETA).
- Nova AI — chat with your AI co-pilot (Premium).
- Indicator Creator — generate custom TradingView indicators (Premium).
- Community — the community area.
- Settings — your account, appearance, and plan settings.

The "+ Add Trade" button
The + Add Trade button (a quiet ghost button in the sidebar) opens the trade entry form from anywhere in the app — the fastest way to log a new trade.
The topbar
Across the top you'll find:
- The view title — tells you which view you're in.
- The theme toggle — a sun/moon icon to switch between dark and light mode.
- Sync status — shows your data is syncing across devices.
The profile menu
Select your profile (avatar / name) in the sidebar to open the profile menu, where you can:
- Open Settings
- Toggle the theme (dark / light)
- Log out
💡 Tip: Some views — Nova AI and Indicator Creator — are Premium features. On the Free plan you'll see an upgrade prompt when you open them.
