Undo an import
Imported the wrong file, or want a clean do-over? No problem. Every import is tracked as a batch, and you can undo it within a 24-hour window to remove exactly the trades it added.
How it works
When you import a file, Tradestacker records that batch — what file it came from and which trades it created. As long as you're inside the 24-hour window, you can undo the whole batch in one click, and only those imported trades are removed. Your other trades are untouched.
Undo an import
- Open your imports — the list of past import batches (each shows when it ran and how many trades it added).
- Find the batch you want to remove.
- Click Undo import.
- Confirm — the trades from that batch are removed.
⚠️ Note: The undo window is 24 hours from the time of import. After that, the batch can no longer be undone in one click — you'd remove those trades individually from the trade log.
💡 Tip: Undo is the clean way to redo an import. If your column mapping was off, undo the batch, fix the mapping, and import again.
Good to know
- Undoing an import is a deletion, so it syncs across your devices — the trades disappear everywhere you're signed in.
- Undo removes only the trades from that specific import batch, not anything you added manually.
