Bulk actions
When you need to clean up or organize a lot of trades at once, bulk actions save you from editing them one at a time. Select several trades and you can tag or delete them all together.
Selecting trades
- Tick the checkbox on any trade row to select it.
- Keep ticking to add more trades to your selection.
- Use Select All to grab every trade currently shown in the table.
💡 Tip: Combine bulk actions with filters — filter to exactly the trades you want, hit Select All, then act on just that group.
The selection bar
As soon as you select one or more trades, a selection bar appears showing how many trades are selected and the actions you can take. From here you can:
- Bulk-tag — apply a tag to every selected trade at once, so you can label a whole batch of setups or mistakes in one move.
- Bulk-delete — remove all the selected trades together.

To clear your selection, untick the trades or deselect all.
A note on deleting
Bulk-deletes sync across your devices like any other change. If you remove trades by mistake, you can usually get them back — see Delete or restore a trade for how the 24-hour restore window works.
