Manage or cancel your subscription

Your billing is fully in your control. You can update your card, cancel, pause for a while, or come back whenever you like.

Manage billing in the Stripe customer portal

Tradestacker uses Stripe for billing, so payment and invoice management happen in Stripe's secure customer portal.

  1. Open your subscription settings.
  2. Click to open the billing portal (or billing history) — this launches the Stripe customer portal.
  3. From there you can update your payment method, view past invoices, and manage your plan.

Cancel your subscription

When you cancel, your Premium access stays active until the end of your current billing period — you keep everything you've paid for until then, and you won't be charged again.

As you start a cancellation, Tradestacker may offer you a couple of alternatives so you don't have to leave:

If you'd rather still cancel, just continue through the flow. Your data isn't deleted — it's waiting for you if you come back.

💡 Tip: Want a copy of your data before any changes? Export a backup first — see Export your data.

Resubscribe

Changed your mind? You can upgrade again anytime from the pricing / upgrade screen — see Upgrade to Premium. If you paused, your plan resumes on its own when the pause ends.
