Export your data

Your data is yours. Tradestacker lets you download a copy anytime — for your records, for taxes, for a spreadsheet, or just for peace of mind. Head to Settings → Export Data.

Open Export Data

1. Click your profile card in the sidebar and choose Settings.
2. Select the Export Data section.

Your export options

Trade Log CSV

Downloads all your trades as a CSV file, ready to open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool. Click Download CSV.

Notes (Markdown)

Exports all your notebook entries as a Markdown (.md) file — perfect for archiving your journal or moving it into another notes app. Click Download .md.

Full backup (JSON)

Downloads a complete JSON backup of your data — your trades and categories in one file. This is the most complete export and a great thing to keep on hand. Click Download JSON.

💡 Tip: Exporting a backup before deleting trades or canceling your plan means you'll always have a copy to fall back on.
