Log payouts

When a prop firm pays you, log it in Tradestacker so your Payouts total and Total ROI stay accurate. This article shows you how.

⚠️ Note: Payouts live in the Prop Firm area, which is currently in BETA.

Log a payout

1. Open the prop-firm account you were paid on.
2. Click Log payout (or Add payout).
3. Enter the payout details:
   • Amount — how much you were paid.
   • Date — when the payout was received.
   • Notes — optional context (for example, "first payout — 80% split").
4. Save.

Where your payout shows up

Once saved, the payout immediately:

• Adds to the Payouts stat card on the prop-firm dashboard.
• Feeds into your Total ROI, since payouts are a return on what you spent.

💡 Tip: Log each payout as a separate entry rather than updating one running total. A clean payout history makes it easy to see how often — and how much — a funded account is actually paying you.
