Transactions
The Transactions tab is your ledger for money in and money out that isn't a trade — entry fees, payouts, subscriptions, data fees, and any other income or expense tied to your trading. Keeping it up to date makes your prop-firm stats and ROI accurate.
⚠️ Note: Transactions live in the Prop Firm / Accounts area, which is currently in BETA.
Log a transaction
- Open the Transactions tab.
- Click to add a new transaction.
- Fill in the details:
- Date — when it happened.
- Description — what it was (for example, "Apex evaluation fee").
- Account — which trading account it belongs to.
- Challenge — the specific challenge, if relevant.
- Firm — the prop firm involved, if relevant.
- Type — Income or Expense.
- Category — group similar transactions (fees, payouts, software, etc.).
- Amount — the value.
- Save.

Filter, search, and clean up
- Filter by All, Income, or Expenses to focus on one side of the ledger.
- Search to jump to a specific transaction by its description.
- Bulk delete — select multiple transactions and remove them at once when you're cleaning up.
⚠️ Note: Bulk delete can't be undone, so double-check your selection before confirming.
Summary cards
At the top of the tab, summary cards give you the big picture:
- Total Income — everything that's come in.
- Total Expenses — everything that's gone out.
- Net — income minus expenses (your bottom line).
- Monthly Avg — your average per month, so you can see the typical run-rate.
💡 Tip: Categorize as you go. Consistent categories make the summary cards far more useful when you want to know, say, how much you've spent on evaluation fees this year.
