Transactions

The Transactions tab is your ledger for money in and money out that isn't a trade — entry fees, payouts, subscriptions, data fees, and any other income or expense tied to your trading. Keeping it up to date makes your prop-firm stats and ROI accurate.

⚠️ Note: Transactions live in the Prop Firm / Accounts area, which is currently in BETA.

Log a transaction

  1. Open the Transactions tab.
  2. Click to add a new transaction.
  3. Fill in the details:
    • Date — when it happened.
    • Description — what it was (for example, "Apex evaluation fee").
    • Account — which trading account it belongs to.
    • Challenge — the specific challenge, if relevant.
    • Firm — the prop firm involved, if relevant.
    • TypeIncome or Expense.
    • Category — group similar transactions (fees, payouts, software, etc.).
    • Amount — the value.
  4. Save.
