Track a prop-firm account
If you trade prop-firm challenges, Tradestacker gives you a dedicated Prop Firm area to track each one — the firm, the challenge type, what you paid, and where it stands. This article shows you how to add a challenge and how challenges are organized.
⚠️ Note: The Prop Firm / Accounts area is currently in BETA. It works well today and we're actively polishing it.
Add a prop-firm challenge
- Open the Accounts / Prop Firm area from the sidebar.
- Click + Track prop firm account.
- Fill in the challenge details:
- Firm name — the prop firm (for example, Apex, Topstep, FTMO).
- Challenge type — the evaluation or program you're on.
- Entry fee — what you paid for the challenge.
- Starting balance — the account size you're trading.
- Save. Your new challenge appears in the appropriate tab below.
💡 Tip: Logging the entry fee here means it's counted automatically as a cost in your prop-firm stats, so your Total ROI reflects what you actually spent. See The prop-firm dashboard.
How challenges are grouped
Your prop-firm accounts are organized into tabs by status:
- Evaluations — challenges you're still working to pass.
- Funded — challenges you've passed and are now trading for payouts.
- Breached — challenges that hit a rule violation or drawdown limit and are no longer active.
Each challenge shows a status badge so you can see at a glance where it stands.
Grid or list view
You can view your challenges in two layouts:
- Grid view — cards for each account, good for a visual overview.
- List view — a compact row-per-account layout, good when you're tracking many challenges.
Switch between them using the view toggle at the top of the area.
Plan note
Tracking multiple prop-firm accounts requires more than one account, so it's a Premium feature for traders running several challenges (Free includes 1 account). Premium is $14.99/month, or $9.99/month billed yearly.
