Chat with Nova
Chatting with Nova is the heart of the experience. Ask him anything about your trading and he'll answer using your own data — no setup required beyond having a few trades logged.
Open Nova and ask a question
- Open Nova AI from the sidebar.
- Type your question into the chat box and send it.
- Nova replies, drawing on your recent trades, notes, journal entries, and account stats.
You can ask in plain English — there's no special syntax. Some questions traders love to ask:
- "What's my best setup?"
- "Why am I losing on Mondays?"
- "Am I oversizing after a loss?"
- "Which time of day do I trade best?"
- "What should I work on this week?"

Attach a screenshot or chart
Nova can look at images too. Attach a chart, a screenshot of a setup, or a marked-up trade and ask him about it.
- Click the attach button in the chat box.
- Choose an image — Nova supports PNG, JPG, WebP, and GIF.
- Add your question (for example, "Was this a clean entry?") and send.
💡 Tip: A screenshot of the chart at your entry, with your stop and target marked, gives Nova the context to give sharper feedback.
What Nova can see
To answer well, Nova reads:
- Your recent trades — up to about 100 trades from the last 90 days.
- Your per-trade notes — anything you wrote on individual trades.
- Your journal entries from the notebook.
- Your account stats — win rate, P&L, and the rest of your metrics.
If your numbers look thin, log or import a few more trades and Nova will have more to work with.
Nova is a Premium feature
Nova chat is part of Premium. Free users see an "Upgrade to Premium" prompt when they open Nova AI.
