Weekly Recap
Each week, Nova analyzes everything you logged — your trades, your journal entries, and your stats — and writes a recap. It's a short, honest read on how the week went: what worked, what slipped, and where your process held up or broke down.
Because Nova keeps process over outcome front and center, a profitable week with sloppy execution won't get a free pass, and a tough week where you stuck to your plan will get credit for the discipline.
Today's Focus
Today's Focus is a short prompt Nova gives you to start the day pointed in the right direction. It draws on your recent patterns and focus areas — for example, "Wait for your A+ setup today; you've been forcing trades early in the session." One clear thing to keep in mind, not a checklist.
Get the Monday-morning digest email
You can have Nova's recap delivered to your inbox to kick off the week.
- Open Nova settings (the AI Coach settings).
- Turn on the Weekly Digest email toggle.
With it on, Nova emails you his weekly recap on Monday morning so you can review the week before you place your first trade.
