Playbook setups
A Playbook setup is a reusable pre-trade checklist — the conditions and steps you want to confirm before you click buy or sell. You assign a setup to a trade and tick off each item during entry, so you're trading your plan instead of your emotions.
⚠️ Note: Playbook setups are a Premium feature. Premium is $14.99/month, or $9.99/month billed yearly ($119.88/year). Free users will see an "Upgrade to Premium" prompt when they reach the Playbook.
What a Playbook setup is for
Think of it as your trading rules, made actionable at the exact moment you need them:
- A named setup (e.g., "A+ breakout", "Pullback long").
- A checklist of conditions to confirm before entry.
- A repeatable routine you run on every trade, so good habits stick.
Use a setup when you trade
- When logging or entering a trade, assign a Playbook setup to it.
- Check off each item on the setup's checklist as you confirm it.
- The ticked-off checklist is saved with the trade, so your review later shows exactly which criteria you met.
💡 Tip: If you find yourself unable to tick most boxes, that's your plan telling you to pass on the trade. The best setups are the ones where every box is an easy "yes".
