Nova or the Indicator Creator isn't responding

Nova (your AI co-pilot) and the Indicator Creator usually reply in seconds. If a response stalls, here's how to get things moving again.

First: are you on Premium?

Both Nova AI and the Indicator Creator are Premium features. If they're locked rather than slow, that's the reason — see A feature is locked and Upgrade to Premium.

If a response stalls

Try these, in order:

  1. Retry — send the message again, or refresh the app and ask once more. The occasional hiccup clears on a second try.
  2. Shorten your prompt — very long or complex requests can take longer or time out. Break a big ask into smaller, focused questions.
  3. Start a new chat — open a fresh conversation. A long thread can get unwieldy; a clean chat often responds faster.
  4. Check your connection — Nova and the Indicator Creator need a live internet connection. Reconnect and try again.

💡 Tip: When asking Nova about your trading, a specific question ("What's my win rate on morning breakouts?") gets a sharper answer than a broad one. He reads your data, then he tells you what he sees.
