Delete your account or data

Need to clear something out? You can delete a trading account and its trades yourself, and we can delete your entire account on request. Either way, back up first — deletions can't be undone.

Back up before you delete

Always export a copy of your data before removing anything:

1. Go to Settings → Export Data.
2. Download a Full backup (JSON) — and a Trade Log CSV and Notes (.md) if you want them too.

⚠️ Note: Deletions sync across all your devices. Once a trade or account is gone, it's gone everywhere.

Delete a trading account and its trades

To remove a single trading account (and the trades logged under it):

1. Open the Accounts area.
2. Select the account you want to remove.
3. Use the account's menu to delete it, then confirm.

The account and its trades are removed from your data.

Delete your entire account and all data

To permanently delete your whole Tradestacker account and everything in it, email support@tradestacker.co from your account email and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm and take care of it for you.
