Can't sign in
Can't get into your account? Most sign-in trouble comes down to a typo or the wrong account. Here's how to get back in.
"Wrong email or password"
If you see an error that your email or password is incorrect:
- Double-check your email for typos β extra spaces and the wrong domain are common culprits.
- Re-enter your password carefully. Watch out for Caps Lock.
- Use the eye icon in the password field to reveal what you've typed and confirm it's right.
Forgot your password
There's no in-app password reset yet. If you can't remember your password, email support@tradestacker.co and we'll reset it for you. (You can also use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page, which points you to the same support address.)
π‘ Tip: Once you're back in, you can set a new password anytime in Settings β Account β see Change your password.
Try Google sign-in
If you originally signed up with Google β or just prefer it β use the Continue with Google button instead of email and password. Make sure you pick the same Google account your data is under.
Signed out unexpectedly?
If you changed your password recently, that signs out your other devices on purpose. Just sign in again with your new password. The same is true if you used Sign out everywhere β see Manage devices and sessions.
