Share a note
Want a mentor, coach, or trading buddy to read one of your notes? You can publish it as a read-only public link. Anyone with the link can view the note, but they can't edit it, and they don't need a Tradestacker account.
Share a note as a link
- Open the note you want to share in the Notebook.
- Choose Share note.
- Copy the public link and send it to whoever you'd like to read it.
How long a share link lasts
- By default, a share link expires after 30 days.
- You can set a longer expiry, up to a maximum of 365 days.
When a link expires, it stops working automatically — you don't have to do anything.
Revoke a share anytime
Changed your mind? You can revoke a share whenever you like, even before it expires. Once revoked, the link stops working immediately for anyone who has it.
💡 Tip: Revoke a link as soon as the person you shared it with is done reading. It's the safest way to keep your journal private.
Your shared notes are kept safe
Shared notes are sanitized before they're shown publicly, so the published view is a clean, read-only version of your note. The shared page never gives anyone access to the rest of your Notebook or your account.
