Tag and search notes
As your journal grows, finding the right note matters. The Notebook gives you three fast ways to narrow things down: search, starring, and tags.
Search by title
Type in the search box and the note list filters in real time by title as you go — no need to press Enter. Clear the search to see everything again.
💡 Tip: Consistent titles make search shine. Leading a daily review with the date (like "2026-05-25 …") lets you jump straight to any day.
Show starred notes only
Star the notes you reference often, then flip on the Starred only filter to show just those. It's a great way to keep your best lessons and go-to plans one click away.
Filter by tag
Add tags to notes to group them across folders — for example, a tag for a setup name, an emotion ("revenge-trade"), or a market. Then filter by tag to pull up every note with that tag, no matter which folder it lives in.
💡 Tip: Tags and folders work well together: folders for big buckets (one per strategy), tags for themes that cut across them (mistakes, A+ setups, news days).
